Use the client-safe portal for intake, referrals, retained data, and notifications.

Portal navigation

Clients receive a separate, reduced navigation. They do not see the firm administration, staff finance, or practice-wide CRM surfaces.

Privacy boundary

Client access is scoped to the signed-in client. A client should contact the firm if a document, intake, or data item appears missing or belongs to the wrong person rather than attempting to work around the portal.
