Limited agent workspace
Use the narrow file-access workspace without access to client records, practice finance, or firm administration.
Allowed workspace
The Agent role is a limited tenant account, not an external referrer. Its navigation is intentionally restricted and backend checks remain the security boundary.

Access boundary
Limited agents cannot use client records, case work, billing, payouts, messaging, tenant settings, or the affiliate portal. Ask a firm admin to change the account role when the person’s responsibilities genuinely require a broader workspace.
