The file manager offers focused views over the same authorized document set for admins, preparers, and limited file-access agents. What a person can open or change still depends on tenant, role, and record permissions.

Actions and access
Supported PDFs, images, video, audio, text, and JSON can be previewed in the app; unsupported office formats download instead. Every authorized role can search, preview, download, and mark permitted documents important. The shipped UI reserves upload, folder management, rename, move, visibility, and delete controls for firm admins; Gio actions appear only where supported.
