Overview
GIO AI is the intelligence layer woven throughout the GoRefer platform. It goes far beyond a simple chatbot — GIO can read tax documents, extract data, generate professional memos, answer complex tax questions, help build client playbooks, and assist with the entire intake process.
GIO operates on a credit system, so you only pay for what you use. Credits are bundled with your plan and can be topped up anytime.

GIO Credits

Review Queue
All GIO-generated content can be routed through a review queue before it's shared with clients. Senior staff can approve, edit, or reject GIO outputs to maintain quality control.
