Firm admins can use the Gio Workspace hub. Preparers can open the permitted case, memo, content, search, knowledge, compliance, and credit routes directly; only a smaller subset appears in their sidebar.

Credits and control

The app shows the current credit balance, usage totals, and plan allowance. Credit pricing and allowances can change, so the live credit and billing screens—not a copied docs table—are authoritative.

Gio Assist

Gio Assist is the administrator-only assistant in the application shell. It can answer firm-context questions and prepare supported changes. A write action is shown as a confirmation card before it runs.

  • Ask about firm records using plain language.
  • Review the proposed action and editable fields before confirming.
  • Use the destination record to verify the result after a write.
  • Do not place secrets or unsupported sensitive data in a prompt.

Review standard

Gio can summarize, draft, extract, and surface citations. It can still be incomplete or wrong. Preserve the source trail and have a qualified person approve work before it affects a client, filing, payment, or compliance record.
