Firm Health Score
Your Firm Health Score is a weighted composite (0–100) calculated from eight diagnostic categories. Each category is scored independently, then combined using the weights shown below.

Health Categories
Each category computes a 0–100 score using stepped thresholds against your real-time data:
- Client Pipeline: measures lead conversion rate — scored from 20 (below 10%) to 95 (above 70%)
- Revenue: measures funding rate of returns — scored from 25 (below 20%) to 96 (above 85%)
- Referral Network: measures referral conversion — scored from 20 (below 5%) to 95 (above 60%)
- Preparer Performance: measures workload balance across preparers — low deviation = high score
- Financial Ops: measures payout ratio (how much commission has been paid vs. earned)
- Engagement: counts active gamification features (competitions, challenges, rewards, appointments, forms)
- AI Adoption: counts GIO entities created (cases + memos + KB + playbooks)
- Operations: measures staff login rate over the past 30 days
Benchmark Charts
Benchmarks are computed against anonymized cohort data using K-anonymity (K=5) to ensure no individual firm can be identified. The insights engine compares your metrics against industry averages.
