Firm Health Score

Your Firm Health Score is a weighted composite (0–100) calculated from eight diagnostic categories. Each category is scored independently, then combined using the weights shown below.

Health Categories

Each category computes a 0–100 score using stepped thresholds against your real-time data:

  • Client Pipeline: measures lead conversion rate — scored from 20 (below 10%) to 95 (above 70%)
  • Revenue: measures funding rate of returns — scored from 25 (below 20%) to 96 (above 85%)
  • Referral Network: measures referral conversion — scored from 20 (below 5%) to 95 (above 60%)
  • Preparer Performance: measures workload balance across preparers — low deviation = high score
  • Financial Ops: measures payout ratio (how much commission has been paid vs. earned)
  • Engagement: counts active gamification features (competitions, challenges, rewards, appointments, forms)
  • AI Adoption: counts GIO entities created (cases + memos + KB + playbooks)
  • Operations: measures staff login rate over the past 30 days

Benchmark Charts

Benchmarks are computed against anonymized cohort data using K-anonymity (K=5) to ensure no individual firm can be identified. The insights engine compares your metrics against industry averages.

Predictive Insights

FirmIQ runs machine learning models against your historical data to surface actionable predictions.
