Landing Pages

Create beautiful, branded landing pages to capture leads, promote your services, and give referrers a polished destination to send people to.

What Are Landing Pages?

Landing pages are standalone web pages hosted on your GoRefer domain (or custom domain) that you can share with prospects, embed in emails, or link from social media. They're designed to convert visitors into intake form submissions or client inquiries.

Creating a Landing Page

  1. 1

Go to Landing Pages → Create New

Choose a template or start from scratch. Templates are pre-designed for common use cases: tax season, referral program, free consultation.

  2. 2

    Customize Content

Edit the headline, body text, imagery, call-to-action button, and colors to match your firm's brand.

  3. 3

    Attach a Form

Connect a form template to the page so visitors can submit their information. GIO can be embedded for conversational lead capture.

  4. 4

    Publish & Share

Publish the page and copy the URL. Share it via email, QR code, or social media. The URL can include your referral link tracking.

Form Templates

Attach a form to any landing page to collect structured information from visitors. Form templates can be reused across multiple landing pages.

  • Pre-built form templates for common intake types
  • Custom fields: text, dropdown, checkbox, date, file upload
  • Conditional fields (show/hide based on previous answers)
  • Form submissions create client records automatically
  • Email notification when a form is submitted

GIO Lead Capture

Instead of a static form, embed a GIO AI chat experience on your landing page. Visitors have a conversation with GIO, which qualifies them and collects their information naturally.

  • GIO asks qualifying questions based on visitor responses
  • Automatically creates a lead record in the CRM
  • Assigns the lead to the right preparer based on rules
  • Works 24/7 — no staff needed to capture leads

Landing Page Analytics

  • Page views, unique visitors, and time on page
  • Form submission rate and conversion tracking
  • Traffic source breakdown
  • A/B testing support for optimizing conversions
