White Label & Branding

Make GoRefer completely yours. Your logo, your colors, your domain — clients and preparers see your brand everywhere.

UI Branding

Replace GoRefer's default appearance with your firm's brand identity throughout the entire platform.

Custom Domain

Instead of yourfirm.gorefer.io, your users will access the platform atapp.yourfirm.com (or any domain you own). Set up takes about 5 minutes.

    Enter Your Domain

    Go to Settings → White Label → Custom Domain and type in your desired domain, e.g. portal.yourfirm.com.

    Add DNS Record

    Log into your domain registrar and add the CNAME record shown on the setup page. This points your subdomain to the GoRefer infrastructure.

    Verify & Activate

    Click Verify — GoRefer checks the DNS record. Once confirmed, your custom domain is live with a valid SSL certificate (HTTPS) automatically issued.

DNS Propagation

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally. Most records update within a few minutes, but allow up to 2 hours before verifying.

Email Branding

All emails sent from the platform — welcome emails, notifications, commission statements, appointment reminders — are sent from your domain with your branding.

  • Custom sender name and email address

Email Sending Configuration

By default, emails are sent through GoRefer's managed email infrastructure. For advanced control, you can connect your own email sending account for full deliverability management.
