Managing Your Subscription

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Billing → Subscription
  • Pro-rated charges apply when upgrading mid-year
  • Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next annual term
  • Cancel any time — access continues until the end of your annual period
  • Reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before data expiry

Invoices

All invoices are available in Billing → Invoices. You can view, download, and print any invoice.

Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Subscription → Cancel Plan. After cancellation, your account remains active through the end of your current annual billing period — your data is preserved and you retain full access during this time.

Data Retention

After your subscription ends, data is retained for 60 days. You can export your data at any time before account deletion.

Billing Issues

If your payment fails, GoRefer will retry automatically for 3 days and send you email notifications. A banner will appear in the platform alerting you to update your payment method.
